About the Role:

Join House Doctors of San Antonio as a Seller, where you will play a crucial role in connecting homeowners with our trusted home improvement services. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about helping clients achieve their home goals while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their home improvement needs.
Present and promote our services effectively to close sales.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our service offerings and industry trends.
Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Attend networking events to expand your professional connections.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Bilingual prefer (must be able to sell in Spanish and English)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (to start)
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
